1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Windflower. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and will notify you within an hour of the order being placed.
2. Substitutions: Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we may substitute certain flowers with others of equal or greater value. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will select a similar flower that complements the arrangement.
3. Designer's Choice: All arrangements are made at the discretion of our designers. We cannot guarantee that specific flowers will be included in your order. If you have preferences, please specify them in the order notes, but understand that the final product may vary.
4. Flower Longevity: While we strive to provide the freshest flowers, we cannot ensure the longevity of the flowers once they leave our facility. Proper care is essential for maintaining flower quality.
5.Returns and Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we may address your concerns.
6. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are not be eligible for a refund.
7. Delivery: We offer delivery services for everyday flower orders within a radius of up to 30 km from our shop location.
8. Liability Disclaimer: Windflower is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products. By placing an order, you agree to hold Windflower floral and events harmless for any issues that arise.
9.Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
